      Hey Markus,
How are you my brother? Thank you so much for your kind words, they really mean alot. We are going forward by faith to spread the gospel in this heathen Country, there are many places in which we will be the first Adventists or even Christians ever to enter there. So we will definitely need your prayers brother, once we get settled there you are welcome in the future to come and do a Mission trip there as there is just a tremendous need Markus. Love you my brother, I hope to see you again one of these days. Your Brother Gavin

    Hello Simpson family,

Greeting from Seabrook. I’m glad I gave you all hugs the last time I saw you.
I had no idea you’d be gone by the time I returned from travel. Blessings to you
and know that the same God that watch over you here in Maryland is the same
one who will take care of you in Chennai. Jeremiah 29:11-13

    Gavin and Marion:

Ki-Cha sent an email reminding everyone to keep you in our prayers. My family and I will be sure to do so. May God richly bless you and your work as he did Aquila and Priscilla! I am confident that there is no better education for little Noah that what he can glean from the mission field.

    Sister Brigette

P.S. Thanks for always keeping one of the children when we came to Seabrook for worship. It was a tremendous help.

    Hello Gavin, Marion and Noah,
I read your letter and was really touched by the photos of the church family there in
    the village.
Along with you, I will pray that the father and uncle of Sanguita and her brother will let them go to the orphanage where they can be loved and cared for. It is sweet of you all to have “adopted” them. There are so, so many children in even worse situations there.
Noah, God bless you for sharing your cars and yourself with the boys there. You are an inspiration and an example of how a young person can be used by the Lord to share His love to others. I saw the photo of you sleeping outside becauce of the heat. It will be hard at times, but as you grow and mature you will look back on your experience as a blessing.
Marion, I want you to know that when I go to my washing machine, I have decided I will stop and pray for you that you will “endure to the end”. We here in the US DO have a lot of advantages to be grateful for.
Gavin, I was looking closely at your eyes in the photos. I pray that the pink eye has cleared up and that you had no other ill effects.
I don’t know how often you are able to get to your laptop and see your emails. I will sent you a more personal one later.
God’s peace. Be in good health.
    Love,
    Gail Banner

I am so proud of each of you – especially you Gavin. It makes me real emotional to see how God brings about changes and performs miracles every day. He is great and I know He is using each of you in a great way. Thanks for keeping in touch. God’s blessings to you and the work you are doing!

Hey Marion, I tried to print out some of your pictures from this blog.
I couldn’t. I thought some of them would be great to hang in my Christmas tree
and to share with the children Sabbath school. Thats alright. I did print
some of our ‘Malavaranoor’ pictures today to use it for my tree.
I just can’t wait for the day to come back and visit them all. Please
give my love to them all. Please tell ‘Sumathi’ (12 yr old who wants her family
to come to Truth), Abitha (the widow with 3 children), Esther, Praveena, Samuel,
Sindu mathi – that I keep them all in prayers, that I hope their prayers were answered before you even leave from ‘Malavarayanoor’ church.
God bless and be with you continually. Part of my heart – I left with you guys, only part of me is here…. Love you much.

First off Happy New Year! It is always a privilege to hear from you. The Lord is so good even in times of trial. We had a wonderful service at Seabrook to bring in the new year, but after reading your blog I’m unsure if I really understood at the time how blessed we were to be in the church that night. The sanctuary looked beautiful and Pastor Johnson delivered an encouraging message about all that we have to look forward to in 2011. Then hearing the story of our bretheren there in India breaks my heart. I was nervous just reading about the 100 Hindu men so I cannot imagine what you must have been feeling at the time. It is very inspiriational and another example of how great God is. I’m sure it will be an experience that you guys will never forget. The Lord is using your family in a wonderful way and for me in particular all my complaints go out the window when hearing from you. I’m also reminded and learning that there is still lot’s of God’s work to be done here on earth. I will continue to pray for you guys daily for guidance, faith, courage, and safety as you press forward doing God’s work. Love ya! Peace!

    Hello Simpson family,

A few months ago I was fortunate enough to catch the program on 3ABN where you all were interviewed; I am so impressed how you all dropped literally everything to work for the Lord, in a completely different location and environment. I would like to talk with someone from your ministry as soon as possible, about both making a donation (I would like to do a wire transfer so neither paypal nor the credit card co’s get a portion), as well as starting a dialogue with ADRA regarding getting someone to partner with me to build one or more “one day churches” for you all out there, if you think that is a good idea. Please contact me as soon as possible; God bless, Kenneth Zervos

    Gavin,

Good to know that you and your family made it safely to India. What you and your family have decided to do, by faith, is wonderful and encouraging because I do believe that God is really calling us to make a bold move in spreading the gospel, especially in these closing times. You have answered the call. God bless you for that. This move is never easy for anyone. As a matter of fact, the move is always one that requires faith and hence requires one to leap without knowing and to be uncomfortable. I will try to remember you in my prayers as I struggle to answer the call myself. Wherever that call may lead me, I do not know. But in due time I will know after I’ve answered the call. Please pray for me and my family as well and keep on keeping on in Jesus name.
